As Spring Break approaches, I'm sure that you are at least beginning to wonder how to organize care or fun activities for your child this summer. As you begin or complete your planning, please consider these possible offerings....
Outrageous Art Camp! July 16-20, ages 8-12, 9-4pm daily, site TBA.
(min. 8/max. 15 students)
I am teaming up with a friend and super-qualified art teacher, Julia Himmelstein, to offer a week of art adventures. Julia teaches art to youth at Oregon College of Art & Craft, local Montessori Schools, and the Saturday Academy. We will work in several mediums, play games, and create fabulous finished work with your child. Please check back soon for further information.
On-going Adventure Days! Beginning the week of June 18th, running through August around other program offerings. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays. $50/full day standard, some activities or overnights will have additional cost and age qualifications (max 4 students/day)
Hiking, rafting, swimming, biking, gardening, outdoor games, papermaking, painting, art and building projects! Day trips around the city, out to the coast, hiking in the Gorge, and even occasional overnight camping for older children (9+).....Look for a detailed schedule of activities coming soon! Please email or phone with questions or on-going childcare needs for the summer to see if this would be a good fit for your family.
Mother-Daughter Retreat! Dates and location coming soon!
A weekend-long outdoor retreat for Mothers and Daughters. I will likely offer two weekends, one for mothers with younger children (early childhood-12) and teenage children (13-18). Retreat will include two-nights camping in a beautiful setting, hiking and other outdoor adventures, outdoor wholesome cooking, and art and writing projects. Participants will have photos, stories, projects, new friends, and memories to take home with them. Please check back soon for more details.
***If you have a particular on-going childcare need for the summer months, please review the rest of my standard offerings and contact me.
